I'm calling it a "vacation" since Gazer and I spent the last half of it with a really nasty flu-like virus, after nursing two of the three kids through it earlier in the week. Got a phone call from work at 2:45 this morning, Knight's in major pain, can I come in and cover for him if they come and get me? Knowing Knight, they've gotta be desperate or they wouldn't call, so under an hour later I'm on the clock and rushing to beat the 4am deadline before I can't get the reports I need. By some miracle, we've got no missing tickets turned in on Superbowl Sunday, and we're down for maintentance by 5:30, back up by 7am.
Knight, whatever happened, I hope you're feeling better soon. Thanks for getting the new accounts set up & checked in, and thanks for sorting all but the last cashier's tickets before you left.
And if you see this and remember how to delete an old open check, please let me know. There was a void ticket from Room Service left open on a terminal that dropped, so it thinks it's still there and wouldn't let me pull it up anywhere else. It's still hiding in there somewhere.
