Meditation: day 3

5 minutes, breathing 10-counts (in-one, out-two)

It's been a week since I meditated. I kept putting it off, didn't want to bother with it. I need to make it a daily priority instead of thinking of it as a chore. Overcounted a couple of times. Background noise seemed louder than usual, couldn't help noticing every little sound.
