Thanks to one of my Zune feeds I found a site that posts reviews of indie albums, including links to download free MP3 samples. Virtually all of the "samples" are full songs, very cool!

You can search 3hive by genre, artist or record label. If you find a reviewer whose tastes match yours, you can search by author as well. I plugged in country and started downloading, I'm halfway through nine pages of entries. Some of the older links don't work any more, but there are a lot more hits than misses.
