Another 5 minutes on the bike this morning, 1.9 miles. Seemed like I was pumping my knees up pretty high, so I moved the seat up a notch and did another 2.5 minutes - and another 2.8 miles. Less effort, more distance as far as the machine's concerned. Speed the first time was 18-22mph, more like 20-24 the 2nd time, with the same tension setting.
Way past my bedtime, really should go try to sleep now.
