The Nomadic Peoples of FiberFleece is a tiny, pleasant nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 5 million enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.
The medium-sized, corrupt government concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Education and Healthcare are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 14%. A small private sector is dominated by the Gambling industry.
Crime is a problem. FiberFleece's national animal is the sheep and its currency is the spindle.
Issue #1: Should Democracy Be Compulsory? - Yes, voting will be compulsory
ETA: Also started playing Travian today thanks to an interesting banner ad on NationStates. A different "grow your lands" game, more graphics and more infrastructure (food, logging, etc), less political.
