Sims College skin lesson #2

This week's lesson is taking a nude base skin, removing the color and increasing contrast, then using it over an existing skin to create shading.

The first was simply horrid, but that was mostly because the mesh (body shape) is defective and the skin wasn't very good to begin with.

So I scrapped that one and started over by making an unshaded skin by hand. Shading's uneven, way too dark on the front and a little too dark overall. You can't even see it on the pants.

I deleted the shading layer and tried again, shading the whole outfit at once so it'd be more even. Played around more with contrast & such to make it a little more subtle.
