I haven't ridden my exercise bike in far too long - about six weeks, according to my last journal entry that mentioned it. (A real-paper journal, not this one.) Anyway, woke up early this morning and had an overwhelming urge to get back on it again. Turned the tension up a quarter-turn and started out shooting for a five-minute ride. The further I got, the more I wanted to do. I finally stopped at four miles, in just over ten minutes, with a couple of hard minute sprints mixed in. Minor cramp in my right thigh after I finished, which went away quickly.
When I bought the bike, I was hovering around 315-318. Just checked - 308.5. Maybe I can do this after all!
