From roina_arwen:

Outcast Genius
56 % Nerd, 52% Geek, 73% Dork

For The Record:
A Nerd is someone who is passionate about learning/being smart/academia.
A Geek is someone who is passionate about some particular area or subject, often an obscure or difficult one.
A Dork is someone who has difficulty with common social expectations/interactions.
You scored better than half in all three, earning you the title of:
Outcast Genius.
Outcast geniuses usually are bright enough to understand what society
wants of them, and they just don't care! They are highly intelligent
and passionate about the things they know are *truly* important in the
world. Typically, this does not include sports, cars or make-up, but it
can on occassion (and if it does then they know more than all of their
friends combined in that subject).
Outcast geniuses can be very lonely, due to their being outcast from
most normal groups and too smart for the room among many other types of
dorks and geeks, but they can also be the types to eventually rule the
world, ala Bill Gates, the prototypical Outcast Genius.

And two from crystalsage:

1. Go into your LJ’s archive.
2. Find your 23rd post (or closest to).
3. Find the fifth sentence (or closest to).
4. Post the text of the sentence in your blog.

Your sites are turned inwards, as shown on the card by the masked eyes.

This turned out to be a Tarot meme nearly two years ago. Bad grammar was theirs. (sites are = sight is) "Which Thoth Major Arcana are you?" Can you guess which one it was without looking?

I'm a Ravenclaw!

I tend to watch Food Network when I'm home awake all night. Tonight's Good Eats were on Cobblers and Pies. We had nearly all the ingredients he mentioned, so I whipped up a rather ugly-but-tasty cinnamon peach thing. The dough parts probably would have worked better baked than nuked, but I didn't feel like fooling with the stove, so microwave it was. (There's about half left still, in a green glass bowl. May end up in plastic before it goes in the fridge, so I can put a lid on it.)

I tried to catch up on my Friends pages, but I got as far as "skip 360" before giving up. (Somewhere in 8/21 entries.) I'm just too damn sleepy to keep going, the rest will just have to wait. At least I managed to get the 5 skeins of wool for CIC balled up tonight.

Watched the first disk (6 episodes) of the Muppet Show season 1 DVDs tonight. Not only was "Manah-Manah" in the first episode, it was the first sketch. And it ended with a glee club version of "Temptaion" that had soloist Miss Piggy all over conductor Kermit. I hadn't realized she had a crush on him all the way from the very first episode, before she even had a consistent voice.

Logging out now, covering/storing the peach stuff and stumbling upstairs to bed. Hopefully I can get to sleep before Gazer's up to get the boys off to school. Once I'm out I'm a heavy sleeper, I can usually sleep through his alarm clock.
